Fitness philosophy: Becoming physically fit and staying fit takes consistent work, but be sure to inject as much fun and variety into your exercise as you can to keep you going. Set attainable goals (keeping in mind your age and any true physical limitations), participate in classes, and maybe even find a workout partner. If you are enjoying yourself along the way, you will be more inclined to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle. It’s never too late to start and, again, have some fun!

Fitness philosophy: The hardest part of beginning an exercise program is putting on your shoes. My approach is to identify the barriers that face my clients and to help them overcome them so that exercise becomes fun and effective.
