Fitness philosophy: Becoming physically fit and staying fit takes consistent work, but be sure to inject as much fun and variety into your exercise as you can to keep you going. Set attainable goals (keeping in mind your age and any true physical limitations), participate in classes, and maybe even find a workout partner. If you are enjoying yourself along the way, you will be more inclined to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle. It’s never too late to start and, again, have some fun!

Marianne Banke, Qigong Instructor - Profile

Education Master of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.
Certifications: Certified Qigong teacher; teacher of self-defense for women and children; licensed acupuncturist in Oregon and Washington; CPR.
Specialties: Simplified Yang-style tai chi routines consisting of 24 movements.
